Why I’m Quitting Keto

even though it worked as advertised

When I graduated from college a little over a year ago I weighed in around 195 pounds! This of course tells you nothing until you also know that I am only 5'7!

Today I weigh in around 155 to 160 pounds depending on the day! Now…how did I do this? Maybe from the title you will start guessing keto, and you are right! Well…kind of right…I am gonna be honest I didn’t lose all that weight from keto alone…simply eating more vegetables and less macaroni and cheese was the first step in my weight loss journey! But keto did get me from 175 down to 155 in a span of 3 months!

I know the market is saturated with keto success stores right now. So I wanted to skip over that and just talk to you about why I am quitting keto despite it’s success.
